Has anyone ever subbed any of Cathe's other leg workouts for the leg DVD's in STS? I was looking at her Lower Body Blast & Legs & Glutes from the Body Blast Series and they look pretty tough too. I was just wondering if this was an option for variety or lack of equipment.
Can anyone tell me if the Plyo Legs DVD is in Mesocycle 1- Week 3? Or is it in another week?
I also have another question. I don't have a squat rack so I wanna do the Plyo legs but the step I have only has 1 riser. Is that enough?

Hello! I started STS yesterday. I am so sore today and I'm pretty sure it's from all the push ups. I suck at push ups and not used to doing that many. Hopefully this will make me improve.

I'm starting Week 1 of STS today!! I've done other Cathe workouts but not this one. I don't have a squat rack or pull up bar but people said that's optional. Is anyone else currently doing or starting the program? I would love to have the support & give it :)
