    Subbing other Cathe leg workouts

    Has anyone ever subbed any of Cathe's other leg workouts for the leg DVD's in STS? I was looking at her Lower Body Blast & Legs & Glutes from the Body Blast Series and they look pretty tough too. I was just wondering if this was an option for variety or lack of equipment.

    Which week is the Plyo Legs workout in?

    Can anyone tell me if the Plyo Legs DVD is in Mesocycle 1- Week 3? Or is it in another week? I also have another question. I don't have a squat rack so I wanna do the Plyo legs but the step I have only has 1 riser. Is that enough? Thanks!!!

    Starting STS today!!

    Hello! I'm starting Week 1 of STS today!! I've done other Cathe workouts but not this one. I don't have a squat rack or pull up bar but people said that's optional. Is anyone else currently doing or starting the program? I would love to have the support & give it :)
