This one was super fun and tough! Loved it! Those squats, side lunges and rear lunges while alternating the weight were mentally challenging too! I can't wait to do this one again! I hope you do another workout like this in the future, Cathe!

I finally got around to doing this workout today and it was a lot of fun! I love how the mobility moves flow together perfectly. I really liked the up, back lunge, adductor stretch. And the side swing stretch into scarecrow. Super excited for the new series!!
Thank you both! That helps a lot! I agree, I feel better with one foot on the floor too! I really like the idea of substituting with some pillows if I'm looking for an extra challenge!
