    Adjustable Dumbbells : Suggestions???

    I’ve used SelectTechs, but they are long. The weight adjustment is quick and easy, though. I’ve had my eye on the expandable set by Powerblock. I’ve been scouring fb marketplace. My goal is to get a set to use with STS 2.0!

    I did the Total Body Band/Loop workout (bands finally arrived!!!) yesterday. I agree....I have no clue how the ladies used 2 bands for bicep curls! Today, I did Burn Sets Bis/Tris with 100 rep challenge-bicep curls.

    I just finished a shortened version of Xtrain Legs. I couldn't finish the whole workout because it was my turn to take the dog out. He doesn't like how the fluffy snow has now turned to ice, and it takes him a while to go! Oh, the things you never knew about dog ownership-this is my first dog.
