    I agree. Both are fabulous but TTM is the teams best yet! Prior to this workout my favorite was Imax 3. I was very pleasantly surprised!

    imax3 or low max?

    Imax 3! Imax 3 if you want intensity! KPC is also good, especially if you like to work your abs during cardio. Regardless, they are all good, but I find myself going back to Imax 3 often.
