- I love how she jam packs so much into a workout. I feel like I've accomplished SO much when I practice with her dvds and even though things are out of my reach I feel as though they really can be attainable with hard work and determination.

- To be the best me I can be!!
To get physically fit to be considered athletic; to feel energetic and healthy. To fit back into a size 6...maybe one day see part of a six pack. But mostly, show myself that I can be physically fit, have fun, and do it before I have a kid.
