    Workout Blender Issues

    I am also having issues with Workout Blender. I have uninstalled and re-installed three times, but nothing changes. I can't even get the screen that allows me to drag my movies into the film strip. All I get is a dialogue box telling me it is importing my movies, but it never completes the import.

    Awesome job Eileen - I wouldn't worry too much about the testing, it's pretty easy to tell if you're lifting too much or nor enough. I really need to buckle down on the food as well, I'm using MyFitnessPal to track calories/journal my food.

    Cardio Coach - A New Generation?

    Hi Deb, I think you read it wrong. The workout takes you 2 miles in 30 minutes in volume I and 3 miles in 40 minutes in volume II. So that would be a 15 minute mile first then a 13.3 minute mile in the second. ;)
