Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They are fun, usually the music is good, they have helped me to look forward to the 'hard' parts of the workouts instead of fearing them. When my muscles begin to burn, I used to think, 'Oh, no here it comes, I'm going to need a break.' but now I think 'Bring it on baby!'. Cathe was also the first video instructor in my collection to use real weights instead of pink 1-3 weights.
