I have been getting downloads & transferring them to thumb drives! I recently bought a new TV that I can plug the thumb drive into. It works great! I still would like to be able to just do lives without searching the thumb drives though.
So I've now done all of the workouts in the LMR2E series & I love each & every one of them. I really enjoy the functional workouts & the use of lighter weights. I already have so many heavy weight workouts that these are perfect for integrating into my rotations. And I'm figuring out the...
I saw this coming & am grateful we had DVD's from Cathe for as long as we did, not to mention all the features included on those DVD's! My only issue about subscribing is with my iffy internet connection. Does anyone else deal with buffering & disconnecting? I will admit I didn't see the end of...
I knew this was coming & am grateful we got the last two LMR sets on DVD. And I'm so glad I have Cathe's entire workout collection (minus the cycle ones) on DVD. I do understand the reasoning for this change & it makes sense. But I'm one of those in an area that has really iffy internet service...
This one is just plain FUN! When Cathe changed the band to horizontal & did the "step" type moves, it took me a couple of minutes to not be in "Step" mode. It made my brain work differently. I love all the variety & low impact options that I can use for active rest days.
I hadn't noticed about picture quality in any of the workouts I've done so far. But my vision isn't the best & I have astigmatism, so everything is always a little fuzzy for me anyway. But even with that, I didn't notice anything looking fuzzier than usual.
I did this one yesterday & loved it! There's a ton of variety & not a lot of repetitions. I was breathing throughout, too. And the fabric band section...oh my! I agree with you, my low back felt pretty good after this workout. And my legs & butt were fried. An instant favorite!
I totally understand what you're saying. I want to focus on my workouts, not my problems. I do my own prayer, relaxation, controlled/deep breathing, etc. I do get that it is helpful for a lot of people though.
Awwwww, I don't think your post was disparaging at all. I don't do the spiritual side of yoga either. I just want the physical benefits. I respect anyone's belief systems too.
