I have the Power Blocks for the reason Liz mentioned--my shoulders are narrow and I did not want huge dumbbells bumping into each other while doing exercises like simultaneous bicep curls. The width of the Power Blocks is similar to a standard 12 or 15# dumbbell.

I started the LITE/S&S rotation on Monday too. It will take me longer than a month to finish, but I'm looking forward to it. All of the workouts so far have been challenging and fun.
I'm having the same problem with the ICE series. I guess downloads from now on will not be compatible with the Nano? I wish I had known about this in advance--I had been hoping to use the Muscle Meltdowns during my lunchtime workouts at the office gym.
