Maybe because I am in Canada there are issues, as I have tried numerous times to order today. Also sent an email to support, but am concerned that I was trying to order something on the daily deals and I don't think I will receive a response today.
I love Cathe's workouts, but am currently waiting for a hip replacement. Can you suggest any very low impact/no impact exercises that I can do while waiting for surgery? I also have OA in my shoulders, so things like burpees don't work for me.
