7 years ago I began to get serious about adding muscle and then got pregnant so cut back but still lifted light weights and modified workouts throughout my pregnancy. It was much easier getting back into the groove post baby

I started working out to her on FitTV. Then got on her web site and started ordering VHS and DVD's and her equipment and I now have several work outs
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
she seems more real and works out along with you. I enjoy the variety of weight training and the circut training
