I think there are quite a few people (based on comments on other forums) who would snatch LMR2 up if it went on discount. So hopefully you all will get a nice surprise before the 30th. Better sold by SNM rather than some other wholesaler/retailer, or worse, tossed IMO.
ETA: unless SNM plans to continue the sale under some other name ..... the end never seems to be the end ...guess we'll find out on the 31st.

Same here. I was really surprised at how much I liked LMR2 compared to the first release.Yep, I've tossed around the thought of getting a "backup" set of LMR2E cause I like it so much, but since
the one I got was purchased at a good presale price, definitely won't re-purchase it at a higher price LOL!
Hopefully the ones I have will last me...........

You may make a backup copy on a new set of empty DVDs or simply a USB memory stick. It will be cheaper either way.

With regards to upcoming contents, I bet Cathe can not wait to let the cat out of the bag! Cathe knows what we like and love. She is still heavily into it. She is more than able to structure and deliver a pack of content to us.

Yep, that's true......and I do have OnDemand, so I have access to them thru there as well.........
I did consider a while back about purchasing a backup of STS2 being that I use it so much. But I've extracted so many chapters to create my own workouts from it that I decided it's really not necessary as I have them stored on my computer and external drives now. We've been using LMR/LMR2 segments more also since extracting them and blending them into shorter Add-ons that work for us.
As long as Cathe offers chaptered downloads for new workouts, I'm all set for blending my own premixes now. I suppose I could put in the extra effort to chop up unchaptered downloads too if she doesn't offer it. My only disappointment will be if she moves exclusively to streaming and not offering downloads but can't imagine SNM cutting off a revenue source.
