LMR2 PHA Cardio Fusion

cocoloco

Cathlete
I completed this workout yesterday for the first time and noticed a definite lower body focus. Evident in the DOMS I have today! I can hardly move - its a great feeling and a real boost to my day, which I've just had to supplement with STS2 Chair yoga to loosen me back up again. I love that this workout has us seated the entire time.

So, PHA Cardio Fusion seriously gets in there and gets back out again. I liked the pace of the workout and everything was doable with no fear factor. Although my glutes could very well disagree with that last statement.

I love that you have just hit key points as far as working out Cathe collection is concerned ☺️☺️☺️

  • Cathe's cardio do mostly work leg. It makes sense because those are large muscles. We need to work those to maximise the total output of calorie burnt. Funnily, those large muscles are the one us women complain the most about for aesthetic reason. #truth to be said. Working those legs to some degree during cardio is important for people willing to turn their bodies to operate as engines ☺️ #just saying.

  • As a consequence of this above, I don't assign myself a STS 2.0 LB for example, the previous day or the day after. well I would not recommend to anyone I think seasoned Cathlete-practitioners know what I am talking about.

  • yes STS chair yoga is complementary to such actual effort. Thank you for mentioning this chair yoga. I need to visit it as a substitute to LMR Pilates. I couldn't agree more with your last sentence above. My glute would disagree too.

Thanks for sharing.
Take care

This is a great combo..... Helpful for anyone looking to map out or tweak rotations.

This reminded me one of my rotations. I stacked up, on the same day, ;):p(one would use the verb cramed) leg lifting workout and a short Hiit cardio to reach a specific goal in the past. It felt awesome and it worked. I gained what I wanted at that specific timescale and for long-term health. I am assuming my informative decision taken and I shall NOT blush for that.:D
