Our 214th Cathe Live Broadcast

Just had to comment that I did this workout for the 2nd time and it is one sweatfest of a workout. She does a giant set of 3-4 exercises and repeats them. Each set alternates lower and upper body and she finishes with a tough core workout. I consider it both strength and metabolic. You guys are the experts on formats. But no matter what you want to call it, it's tough. I went heavier and did less reps, so definitely strength workout for me. She does about 16 reps. I did 12 at a slower pace. I am loving the older Lives. Highly recommend!! Call me shallow, but I miss Cathe in her cool workout garb. She always wore fun prints and colors.

Thank you for describing the content so well....The clip reflect your clear description. I see myself grabbing this one. I promise I won't call you shallow;):D....No one who likes being stylish:) should not, IMO, feel apologetic.
