Ok. My first mistake is that I didn't preview the entire workout first. I knew I was in trouble when Cathe said you are all warmed up. What?? That was just the warm up. This is what my body needs. I gravitate towards heavy weight training and I am not a fan of the work I really need to do, which is mobility and flexibility. This was a great workout. I really like this workout a lot. My tight areas were exposed and honestly, it got ugly around the jump back to bear crawl portion
))) I loved the adductor rocks, hula and all of the rotational movements. This was challenging but felt so good to my body. Thanks Cathe. I look forward to the rotation you will be releasing. I will be sticking with this program for a while. This program makes flexibility and mobility work fun.
