I did not feel like working out today, but did a little something.
Here's today's little workout:
Leslie Sansone - Miracle Miles - 4 Miles- Walked 2 Miles = 31 Min
YT- Phoenix Nation- 10 Minute Fat Burning Skipping Jump Rope Workout = 11 Min
Used 1/2 weighted CrossRopes Ropeless Ropes- WOW! Going up from 1/4 pound to 1/2 pound was so tough. I could feel it in abs, forearms, shoulders, deltoids, and back of shoulders. I think I will need to ease into 1/2 pound ropes gradually, meaning shorter workouts 10 min range before going to 1/2 pounders. I will got back to 1/4 pound size ropes for 20 min or longer jump rope sessions.
