just got it in the blender/OnDemand this week. Since I have preordered the new series, I had already
downloaded it, but haven't really gotten to it yet!
Today's workouts:
YT-CrossRope- "Heart Pumping Upper Body"-Ropeless Jump Rope & Chest, Triceps & Shoulders with
dumbbells with Simone- 18 min.
Blender- "Foam Roller Mobility & Stretch Express" - 16 min.

Today was Shoulders, Hamstring and Core day. It was 81 minutes long.
Barbell Overhead Press using a 20 pound barbell for 12, 10 and 8 reps
Dumbbell Front Raise using 12.5 for 10, the 1 set with 10 pound dumbbells for 10 reps
Dumbbell Side Laterals for 10x3 using 12.5 for 1 set and 10's for the next 2 sets
Rear Delt machine 3 sets of 10
Machine leg curl 3 sets of 10
Shoulder machine with 25 on each side
Cable lat pulldowns starting at 40 pounds and ending with 80 pounds for 6 reps which is an increase, so yay!!
Barbell upright row with a 20 pound barbell 3 sets of 10.
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some weighted exercises. And a nice stretch.
I think I made some progress with the weights I used. I definitely feel stronger.
