First Time Posting

Debinmi- Wow!! These resources are amazing!! Thank you so much!!! I immediately downloaded and saved Anna’s reference material! Can’t wait to go through the other links this weekend!! That was very kind of you to type all that out and share this information! Truly appreciate you!!❤️

Thanks, FitSaxe! I saved the download!

Does anyone know the size of the foam roller that Cathe uses in LMR? I couldn’t find it offered for sale on her website. I saw quite a few offered on Amazon but I’m not sure what size she uses. Is it 36” x 6? Thanks in advance!!

The orange one is 36 inches x6 & medium hard - and not super hard like the inexpensive ones. As a prop as in the Pilates Fusion, a hard one is fine. If you actually use it for foam rolling and haven't foam rolled before, a hard one may be torture. I have a hard one & a softer one for rolling.

Thank you! Do you remember the brand of the softer one you have and I’ll try to buy it. Would this one work?https://a.co/d/4IkePlO

Just want to add that this one is great roller! I have it too! :)
Yay!!!! i just bought the LMR Pilates dvd this morning! I have the LMR Barre and Yoga still wrapped. Going to try one or both this weekend!

After looking at the list FitSaxe posted, I noticed that Push/Pull is her only Total Body that is 45 minutes. That’s a sweet spot for me because I usually only have an hour during the week due to my current work schedule. So, lucky me that was my first ever Cathe strength workout!! Haha This time period gives me a chance to add on something else to my workout (which over the last few days has been the Restorative Yoga bonus-love it!!). Does anyone know if there are any total body premixes that come in under 45 minutes? Sorry to keep pestering with questions!

I’m off to look at clips for the new LMR series!! Omg- she is SO addicting!!!!!

Booo! I can’t find the clips. Maybe not out yet? I’m not interested in downloads. So, will have to wait for DVDs!
The new LMR2 hasn't been produced yet; she's still filming the bonus "while you wait" heavy weight workouts. LMR2 presale says it's expected to ship summer but most of us don't expect it before December. However, you're in for some fun months as Cathe reveals still photos, details and eventually video clips as it progresses.

As far as TB workouts, the Push/Pull & SuperSets are probably her shortest TB. You can check for TimeSaver premixes on the sales page or in the Workout Manager for other TB workouts. I think another shorter one is the Strong & Sweaty Giant Sets dvd. I think you said you purchased Muscle Max? If so, it does have a Timesaver TB. but I usually will skip the Core section to further shorten it & then add a Core in on another day. Cathe's workouts are usually nicely chaptered so you can also skip a set here or there too to shorten them.

Ah, gotcha! That explains why I couldn't find it! Thanks for letting me know!

Ok, thank you on the recommendations! I still have to explore the workout blender. Will try to check it out this weekend. I wish the weekend was 3 days long!! So much to do and so little time!!

Oh boy, if you have the blender, you are in for some fun times for sure. You can blend
as many shorter TB workouts as you want, from any & all her workouts that are in the
blender. If you have any questions about the blender, post here, & I will try to help.
Oh, I haven't looked yet. Is that a paid service? Sounds like it might be worth the money. Still haven't checked yet but will. Thank you for your kind offer regarding potential questions!

Ok, guys...I totally lied. I received Travel Fit and the bands today so I just finished that workout! I am sitting here writing this message dripping in sweat. HOW ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH DID MY MUSCLES BURN SO MUCH WITH A BAND WORKOUT!!!! Seriously. I have done band workouts before but never like this! What I have learned with Cathe is she is legit! No shortcuts and very thorough. I'm like she wouldn't dare do this after doing that. Wrong! She absolutely is going to do this after doing that!! No mercy with this one!!! hahaha That first bow and arrow where she is like now rest....Ha- just kidding back up again- did not leave me smiling!!! I was like, Ok, lady...so it's gonna be like that is it!! lol Her cueing and form pointers are the best I have experienced with a video instructor!! Very impressive. I love how she is all happy and chippy and then sweetly asks if we can feel it yet. I actually answered her and screamed at my tv with a "YES, CATHE. I CAN FREAKING FEEL IT"!!!! She crammed so much in this workout! Although, I did have to laugh that, apparently, her version of "low impact" is the same at The Firm!! Bwahahaha Not too bad though and easy to modify. This is another keeper!!! I'm 2 for 2!!!! Woohooo!!!!!!!:D

Hmmmm. I don't have On-Demand, BUT, I've often thought that if I was just getting started with Cathe, that it would be the way to go. It's about $20/month (less with coupons or sales) & you have access to EVERY dvd Cathe has ever produced and to the weekly Cathe Live workouts. If you wanted, you could subscribe just for a month or two to try out all of Cathe’s offerings before purchasing the dvds (or just stay with streaming). You can then pick and choose chapters from any workout to customize/blend your own workout. You should at least look in to it!

PHA is a type of TB workout where you alternate an UB exercise to a LB exercise. They have a definite cardio effect. There are currently 3 dvds: Step Boss' PHA3; LITE's PHA2. & the original Strong& Sweaty's PHA. There are also some in the Cathe Lives (streaming ~$10/month, but included with On- Demand, and often there are coupons/discounts).

Oh my, you have some fun exploring to do! :)

You cracked me up! :) And, yes, that's exactly how Travel Fit is! :)
