Hi ladies,
Can't believe I am first to check in.
Today was a later starting 102 minute gym circuit but no sled. I took the chest flye machine up to my highest of 145 pounds for 1 rep. I did 1 rep starting at 130, 135, 140 and finished at 145, it was a bear. Then the back machine.
Then 10 minutes on the elliptical.
Then cables for upper body, then dumbbells for chest press, shoulders, triceps, biceps and the floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Then the bike for 4 minutes at level 5 to finish. Stretch after.
Long workout.
