Hi ladies,

Can't believe I am first to check in.

Today was a later starting 102 minute gym circuit but no sled. I took the chest flye machine up to my highest of 145 pounds for 1 rep. I did 1 rep starting at 130, 135, 140 and finished at 145, it was a bear. Then the back machine.

Then 10 minutes on the elliptical.

Then cables for upper body, then dumbbells for chest press, shoulders, triceps, biceps and the floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Then the bike for 4 minutes at level 5 to finish. Stretch after.

Long workout.

Calico…wow on the chest fly weight! Congrats!!!

Cathe Live: PHA 3 (#184). This was a sweat fest! Especially the lower body moves, which are done at a quick pace. Three circuits, 6 exercises. Repeated once. That was bright and early this morning before my mom’s appointments. Then this afternoon I did the newest live. Kick Punch Cardio Party-wearing my weighted gloves. Although she labeled this mixed impact, there were very few moves that were more intense. Mostly low impact. Three heavy bag sections. Perfect for what I was looking for.

I saw on another thread that aqua girl is stepping away from the forums. I really hope that isn’t true. I know I just started checking in but I really enjoy her knowledge and positivity.
