I have not been working out although my credit card has been (hello 20 something year old DD's and Aritzia). Great to see everyone checking in. Nicki! You finally got in a workout. Yeah!!!

Today's workouts:

KCM-Power Split- "Shoulders, Biceps & Boxing" dvd mix - 15 min.
YT-Rachel's Fit Pilates- 20 min. Weighted Vest Indoor Walk

That's it. Hoping everyone will have a good day & workouts (if you do). Nora, hoping your fur baby is
feeling better this AM! I know, those hard cone things are a pain......

Aqua girl…nice combo of routines today.

Peloton strength program. The last 4 minutes of class was two push-ups into explosive burpees. 20 second rests in between. Yikes! Followed with a 10 minute hike, wearing my weighted vest. And finished with another 80s ride today. Wake Me Up Before You Go Go always makes me smile.
 
Hey ladies,

Once again got totally carried away at the gym and was there waaay too long. Only about an hour workout using leg machines, back machine, chest flye machine, talking too much, finished with dumbbells for chest press, hammer curls, triceps, wrist curls, and seated clean and press, floorwork for abs and legs, then a row with a twist and a stretch. Skipped the sled since I was at the gym wayyy too long.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Thanks for your kind words about Miss Hector. Its good we took her to the vet she had an allergic reaction to her stitches and the area was infected and full of pus. Miss Hector is feeling much better, no fever, pus, and her appetite is back & other stuff seems to be getting back on track. Enjoy your evening;)

Nora, this isn’t a premix, it’s a dvd mix that I programmed on my dvd player using the
title/chapter numbers. My dvd player allows me to program a workout this way,
so when I reference a “dvd mix”, that’s what I mean.
