Hi Everyone,
I had to take another rest day yesterday as I had to get my car in for an oil change in the morning. I made up for it today. I did a 25 minute jump rope workout/bodyweight workout + Xtrain 100 reps for shoulders and biceps + a 20 minute Milhoy jump rope/weighted workout. I just love jumping rope!
Glad to see everyone checking in even with aches, pains and indecision with workout choices.
I hope to see you all again tomorrow. Have another great day!
