You rock, Justine!! LOL, love it! Your dog is cheering you on! Girl Gone Strong, for sure!
Justine, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somehow you made the family push-up look both fun and easy. Plus, those are some super cool braids in your hair (clearly I focus on the important things in life).
I couldn't love this picture more if I tried.

I love it Justine!!! I should wade in and figure it out later...I think I will!!!
I'm seriously considering Nia. I will look her up online. I am returning from a Fl vacation ( grandkids) and I am almost home!! I may need a kick in the butt...how's your foot Karen???Ok, what are you going to wade in? Maybe none of my business, but I'm snoopy that way.

LOL, Justine -- you've said that before (about scrawny arms), so when I saw those poppin' triceps in the photo, I was like... what was she talking about?!Thank you Karen - weird thing is that my arms normally look scrawny (I've a 6ft span, so they're lanky), but they look solid in that photo. Maybe it was muscle pump!
Which of Mark Lauren is the best in your opinion? I have EFX and Yayog. Don't know which to do first.
I will be using all the Mark Lauren dvd's that I have. I'm throwing in Horizontal Conditioning. If I'm up for it, I may throw in a couple of the PiYo workouts. Just for some variety. At the Totalfitness dvd sale, I bought a couple of dvds, by Natalie Jill. (I hadn't heard of her) They're bodyweight, but very short. I think there are two programs on the dvd. They are each 17 minutes. Kind of a rip-off for $20. I have previewed them, and something about her annoys me. But, I'm going to use them. I want to do bodyweight until around the end of September, then I will assess my progress, and decide where I want to go from there. (More bodyweight, or more Nia) I'm thinking of doing bodyweight, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I will be doing LWF2. Love it, so glad I bought it. That's my plan, for today. It may change tomorrow.
Karen,
I'd love to see your rotation for Mark Lauren, HC and PiYo if you're willing to share![]()
I've been doing quite a bit of Mark Lauren in between heavy lifting. I'm loving it! Mind you, the divebomber push-ups in YAYOG advanced ladders nearly finished me off this morning. Love mobility Rx as well. I must try Horizontal Conditioning again - I used to dread it, but I wonder if it'd seem easier / more fun these days?
