I just got my Ruthless copy in the mail yesterday and I did the first workout Lunatic Intervals and it was awesome. Its an awesome 20 min HiiT workout that does not use equipment. Its sort of like Insanity or T25 but with out being as boring or drawn out. Its quick and gets it done and a good workout very time efficient and fun there is no dread factor. The dread factor is what bugs me about insanity I do have that one. I thought insanity to me seemed too long and too grueling without enough warm up time etc. Cathe spoils us I guess. Anyways, I just wanted to share about Ruthless, its fun.
