Has anyone or is anyone used/using Cathe's nutrition software to help loose weight? I've been trying to do this myself in a notebook, but I haven't been doing a consistent job. I was just wondering if using software is easier/more practicle than a notebook. I also never know how many calories should I be eating along with carbs and protein. From watching the demo, it looks like it might help in that part but I'm just not sure. Any suggestions or help would be great.
