Hi everyone!

Wow everyone's been busy!

Roxie you are so funny about listing your weight and then feeling like an idiot :) We've had cold weather here but snow stayed in the mountains. I guess your DH got checked out of the motel ok? So the whole heavy weights and bigger bootie isn't my imagination?

Jody, Yes, that's just my own hair, shampoo (sulfate free), condish (silicone free), leave in condish, curling cream and gel. Scrunched in, wrapped in cotton t-shirt for 5 min, took it out and whoa, all these little sprigs of curls! I guess the protein treatment really pumps up my curls. My hair did feel dry though so later in the day I scrunched in some argan oil in my dry hair, and the curls didn't droop at all, felt good too. So off I went to the store to get oil for when I'm feeling dry (us here in CO are always dry). It's just learning what works in each type of hair, can't believe it's taken me 47 yrs.

Mary, don't know what color of dress MOB (mother of bride) will have, I know she wore black to last daughter's wedding. I'm really not considering her at all in what I decide on (wedding colors are yellow and emerald green). Did you contort all up on YR? Take it easy on that hip.

I did Low Impact Challenge (or whatever the step one is called in the new series). I'm getting better! I thought I would try 2 risers, I thought I would die and had to drop to just 1 riser (too bad can't do 1 1/2 risers). I watched the last combo while I caught my breath and when she put it all together I actually did it! Then when all the routines in the challenge were put together I had already forgot them all (happens to me until I really know a w/o). I'm liking this one.

So, while I was out getting argan oil, found henna for DH's gray's....15 more min and we will see how it turns out. I can't believe he's let me loose on his hair :) Who's next?

Lisa-I am going to try Low Impact Challenge in the morning but do one of the premixes until I learn it this workout has a dread factor for me. Yes he got checked out ok found another manager that does have his new corporate card and when I called the bank they said everything was working on my card but I went to use it last night and it wouldn't go something about the debit system being down so we ran it as credit.

Good Evening,

I just finished Cardio Supersets and I still have alot of work to do on those discs I just can't seem to control them.

Roxie, I have a harder time doing the floorwork exercises with the discs. The ones where I'm standing up and stay standing I do ok with.

I equated the difficult choreography in Low Impact Challenge equal to HIS. I mastered HIS, I WILL master Low Impact Challenge!

Lisa-I never mastered HIS never really gave it a try.

Hi girls

Sounds like I've got some catching up to do! Back to normality today. Had a great trip. Berlin was cold! But really enjoyed it, visited some great museums, ate and drank and wandered round. Perfect weekend, really!
No workouts for me yet - not till the parents leave tomorrow.

Lisa - it sounds like you're having fun with your hair! And DH's too?! He's letting you dye it?

Roxie - so have you and DH both lost your credit cards?

I did STS Meso 2, wk 4, Back/Bi.

Ronne, DH has been bugging me for months about his grays. I saw the henna at the health store so thought I'd try that to shut him up (at least it isn't permanent). It turned out OK, a bit green in the grayer places, I'm thinking it should have stayed on even longer than package said now that I'm reading a bit more about henna. He is so impatient though! I wonder if now that he knows the time involved if he will start embracing his gray.
I thought of you when I saw some big crash of cars in Germany, did you hear about that?

Hi everyone else!

Good morning! Today did GS C&T, my arms are still shaking! Ronne, welcome back! Did your DVDs come? Sounds like a perfect weekend! Lisa, green? I love when a man goes gray! It looks good on some women also, just not me! Roxie, I always use our debit card as credit, they say to do that so no one sees you typing in your password. I tried HIS one time, couldn't get it and left it at that! Murphy, Jody Hello! I have to get to the grocery store today, I'm sure it will be a nightmare, wish me luck! Mary

Good Afternoon,

Another busy day at work. I am going to dr. this afternoon hopefully he can get the last of the dizziness to go away I really need some good ab work. I am suppose to do Low Impact Step Challenge but we will see.

Ronne-the debit cards are now working the bank said everything is fine.

Mary-good job with your workout.

Lisa-at least your DH doesn't have a bald spot in the back of his head. DH wore a hat alot.

Mary, yes I read where henna can turn green or orange, I guess depending on color you are putting in. It's only noticable if you are looking for it and he is in the sunlight :) We used black henna (for his black hair), I tried to get him to do like a mahogany color so the grays were more highlights. I didn't mind the gray, he did. I guess his green is in honor of Xmas coming up! We'll see if the kids say anything about it :)

Forgot to report, I LOST ANOTHER POUND!!!!! I dont' know how, I haven't been all THAT good (but not bad either). yea, me, now if I can stay here or a little lower for the wedding I will be rocking that long gown! haha

Roxie, hope you get over the dizziness, I think it would make me sick to my stomach!

Hi guys, I did HiiT 30/30 this morn! That's the good news. Otherwise, I just feel like someone came by and rattled my cage- edgy and anxious. oh well. have a good one all.

Oh, and, Roxie, I'm sorry if I made you feel foolish, that wasn't my intent. Plus you seem to be at a fabulous wt. I have been wondering how you get those counter thingys anyway.

And the Berlin weekend sounds wonderful, Ronne.

Hi all. I have been trying to relax and unwind so I have not touch muchy of anything. Today I did the total body trisets. You know, the more I do these workouts, the more I like them. I am still undecided about the step one, but the others are two thumbs up. I think the extra smidgen of sleep I got is helping my attitude towards the dvd's.

Ronne - glad you had a great trip!

Sorry for the lack of personals.

Murphy

Today was STS legs, meso2, wk 4. Only one more w/o to go and I've completed STS meso2!

Jody, congrats on the w/o, but did you wear a sports bra? If so, maybe that counts as 2 w/o's! :)

Good Morning,

I didn't feel like working out when I got home last night really dizzy and sick to my stomach. He said one of the rocks has made it through but the other one is being stubborn if I am not better in 2 weeks I have to go see him again. Tonite I am going to do Athletic Training for the first time.

Jody-you didn't make me feel foolish I forgot I had a ticker DH set it up so I can't help you with that.

Lisa-good job with your workout.

Murphy-I am like you I like all of them but the step one right now Afterburn is my favorite so far.

WTG on STS Meso 2nearly complete, Lisa!

I did HIS step cardio this morn. : )

I have no idea why I don't feel crappy today (like yesterday) when I've had about 5 hours of sleep, and left house w/o any breakie (I brought a can of mixed nuts and snacked). Anyway, good day.

Ugh, wish me luck, I need to go do a grocery trip for basics.

Hi everyone! I did GS legs today. One more day of the semester! Yeah me! Jody, I did the grocery store yesterday, just the checkout was bad, 2 people ahead of me and I waited 25 minutes? Roxie, hope that you are feeling better, this has been a long road for you. Murphy, take the sleep when you can get it! Lisa, did you figure out dinner yet? I have to clean the house today. Tomorrow work (last day, did I mention that?) then I have to do appetizers, then we are going out with friends. The floor is screaming my name! Have a good evening, Mary

Mary, woo hoo, last day of work? When does next semester start then?
Funny you would ask about T-giving dinner. Just heard from DS22 (had to call him about something else, he brought up T-giving). I told him that I had sent that email and never heard back. He then proceeded to call his fiancee, she called me and said that DS said I was mad (I tried not to show but guess my son knows me too well). Anyway, she said she never got the email and she is bad about checking emails, she would try to get better since I'm the only one that emails her (really?) Anyway, seems my time will work for them as they will be celebrating with her family earlier in the day at noon and I wasn't going to have dinner until 4, but now I delayed until 5 to give them time to work up another appetite. Then she said she loved me. hmmmmmmm maybe it will just take time for her to get used to me and me her.....

Also, we called our ins company about the keying on the van that we want to sell, they said it will not cause ins to go up (we have to pay the $500 deductible though), said it's covered under vandalism. So I think it best to get it fixed since it will probably be well over $1000 so that we can hopefully get even a better price and better odds of selling it since they really low balled us on the trade in value.

Good Evening,

This afternoon a new wave of dizziness hit and I didn't have my medicine plus its TOM so by the time I got home wasn't feeling so hot decided to do Athletic Training Express and my legs were burning and my abs feel good and worked. Here is an explanation about my ear problem.

Within the inner ear, there's a little pouch called the utricle that contains about 1,000 little pebbles made of calcium carbonate.

The tiny rocks serve an important purpose: They stimulate nerve cells when we move our heads — and send signals to our brain that guide our sense of up and down.

The trouble is that sometimes the little rocks fall off," explains Dr. Timothy Hain, a dizziness expert at Northwestern University. When the rocks fall into one of the inner ear canals, the brain gets confused. As the rocks roll around in the canal, the brain senses that the head is moving a lot more than it actually is. The result: vertigo.
