Morning to you all,

Long day yesterday and no workout. I ended up sick all night. Totally totally exhausted this morning!
No workout for me today unless I feel better later. Lots of paperwork to do anyway.

Belinda: thank you! I am feeling better today...woke with a headache on my right side and took advil. Better by 9am which meant WORKOUT TIME! :)

Just finished:
CTX biceps and then BR 6/30/11 W/O.
CTX leaner legs and abs. OMG! Shaking after this one! HAHA! Just barely made it up the cellar stairs.

Showered and ready to work.

Nice job on intensity! Now go get those abs! :) what ab workout are you planning on?
Have you tried any of the BR workouts yet? ;) Let me know when you do and what you think.
I am getting some great ab workouts in this and it is starting to show in less belly (lower) and great definition. LOVE IT!

Today was a commando style push-up with knees-ins, squat with leg kick/press out (used 25#BB) and balance abs with single leg hug. Only 12min long! This is doable! Ck. it out. ;)

Hi all!

I'm out of town again. This time the family came with, so while I'm working all day, they are having fun in the Smoky Mountains. We did take a short hike last night to the highest point, which was definitely a cardio workout on the way up!

Looks like you are all doing great with your workouts.

I'll try to get back later to post some more.

Busy work day for me. I squeezed in a BR workout which was about 10 min. It was a killer too! I have doms all over today so this is all I could handle.

Morning to you all,

Just finished my workout. PHEW! sweating buckets and huffing and puffing!!! HAHA! Interval circuit of 30min. Avg Hr: 152 and burned 451 calories!

I am feeling my past workouts and it was tough today on some of the tricep plank type move. Legs are a little sore but ok.

Tomorrow I am planning on a run.

I finally have time to check in:confused:

I did my workouts in the afternoon, just didn't felt well:eek: hope I am not coming down with something (saw my DD yesterday, she is sick). Felt much better after I worked out.

I did IMAX 3 "All 10 blast only" premix, 23 min ; than I did STS D9 legs with the bonus burn, following STS extendet stretch. I also walked the dogs in the morning for 30 min.

Heidi - enjoy your DOMS. You workouts look fantastic. Nice calorie burn, btw. What workout did you do?

Sherry - at least your family is with you this time. Have fun and don't work to much, lol.

Where is Hannah??

Fast delivery? HA!!! I waited three weeks for them baby.

Belinda: oh no...hope it is nothing serious. Drink plenty of OJ. Get well... :)

HEY Belinda! :) Glad to hear that your DD is doing ok. What is she sick with? Hope you stay well! Nice job on your IMAX workout! Then doing legs to boot!!! Nice! :)

I have a weighted ball that came with a DVD and used that. It is a 30min workout and really kicks butt! ;) Feeling DOMS everywhere today!

My workout for today (Saturday) was a run on the TM with Treadmill Challengers. I first warmed up with GS legs. After the run of 3.18miles I did Stretch Max #3 with the band. Oh I really needed that too! :)

Hallo ladies,

I never got my workout in yesterday, so today I did: 4DS BC plus Cardio quick fix. Had an awesome sweaty workout.

CARDIO QUICK FIX….20 minutes in length (perfect as is or can be added on to another cardio workout)

……..1 minute Jumping Jacks
……..1 minute of stair climbing in house (if no steps, do steps ups, 20 per leg on a 12 inch step height)
……..1 minute jump rope (don’t have to use a rope but do the movement as such)
……..1 minute jog or shuffle in place while arms pump up and down
………1 minute front/back kicks (30 seconds the right leg kicks front and left leg kicks back then switch legs for the remaining 30 seconds)

Repeat all 5 of these one minute activities for a total of 4 times to equal 20 minutes.


Heidi - I will add the new workouts somehow into my STS rotation:p Good job, on those DOMS!

Allee - what DVD's did you get????????????
