Does anyone know if Cathe sells those sliders she uses for leg work instead of paper plates in High Reps? I looked on the website for them but can't find them for sale.

Also, if anyone has these, do they work on puzzle mats?

i dont think there available yet. I know with the pre order for low impact there free=) And they come with a cover that is removable so they work on almost every surface. hope that helps...

Here is a link to a post SNM responded to saying that they will not guarantee that the sliders will work on puzzle mats:

They recommend getting a carpet scrap to use when working out with the gliders.
