rotations. Which rotation would be best for fat loss & muscle gain? I started weight watchers on June 1st & I want I want to maximize my weight loss. This points plus system is really easy to follow, I lost 6.2 pounds the first week. My 2nd weigh in is tomorrow. Thanks!!
 
Thank you so much Debbie!! And thanks for the quick response!! What can I sub for GS? i have just about everything else including STS. Or should I buy Gym Style?

Buy Gym Style. It rocks. Other than STS, it is the best muscle building series Cathe has out to date.
 
I just wanted to pop in to congratulate Wiggie on her phenominmal 1st week results doing the WW program! I have been doing it since mid April and LOVE it! I've lost 7# out of my 10# weight loss goal so far...all while doing an STS rotation! I couldn't be happier!

BTW-there is a WW check in thread in the check in and challenges forum. There are only 3 of us there regularly at this point so it's very small but you are welcome to join us if you'd like! :)
 
Thank you & I would love to join!! And to Fitness Freak thanks for the rotation suggestion, I've lost 16.4 pounds, maybe more, my weigh in is tomorrow.
