Heather, you don’t have to be embarrassed, 10 lb will get you a nice burn. Sometimes I have to drop to 10 lb especially with Cathe’s speed. She goes way to fast sometimes, lol! Have fun at the gym. What’s for dinner today? I will have a sweet potatoes with warm black beans. Yummy!
