Okay I was humbled this morning. As you know I am doing Turbulance Training for the next 4 weeks and the rotation I choose I did little over a year ago. I actually failed on a weight this morning that I did a year ago. What in the world is up with that? And my chin-up numbers sucked today!

Then did HIIT cardio using Disc 26 Plyo Legs, do eight rounds of 30 second work with 60 second rest. Workout was 55 minutes and I burned 411 calories.
