well, i just did about 15 minutes of exercise and i quite. I have been real unmotivated lately. Usually when i get going working out i get in the swing of things and get a good workout. Today was not the case. I couldn't find my rhythm at all. I didn't sleep last night so i'm sure that doesn't help. But in all honesty i'm just really sick of working out. This includes all workouts. I have posted on some new ones i have done and while i like them i'm still unmotivated to stick with them. I took a week of from working out hoping this would help but it didn't. I'm in this funk that i can't seem to get out of. I have tried doing different workouts to motivate me: kickboxing, bootcamp, circuit training, hiit, pilates, yoga, wweight lifting, elliptical, etc. I just can't get motivated anymore. Sucks! I feel guilty for not finishing my workout but i just felt like i was just going through the motions and resenting doing it.
