Can someone tell me if this is okay to take? I have a family history of heart disease and read that it may help. I started adding it to my daily supplements of Omega 3, CLA, Glucosomine, and my women's daily vitamin and noticed that I take a heck of a lot of supplements. Does anyone else take supplements and what do you take? I just find that for me anyway it is impossible to get all my daily nutritional needs from food. I'm just not that savy a cook and it just takes way to much brain power to figure it all out. I eat clean 95% of the time but have found that supplements have really helped me out or so I think anyway. My husband thinks supplements are a waste of money and don't really do anything. I sorta begged to differ since my obgyn tells me to take a calcium supplement and when I was having sleep problems my general practice Dr. suggested supplements to help. They're the ones with the PhD after all. Although my sister who is a pharmMD thinks that they are dangerous and a waste. Does anyone else think supplements are just a gimmick??
