Have kicked in!! I am glad I got my w/o over with early. Because now I can not seem to move off the couch I have laundry to do and 50 other things I should be doing. It's even nice outside, but my behind won't move off the couch
I'm in worse shape. I'm stuck on the couch. I woke up and threw a load of laundry in. It's still sitting there wet. I made beef barley soup for the crock pot. I haven't done my workout yet. I need to do cardio and shoulders and maybe chest. The weather sucks. It's cold and windy. I'm a grump!
It's about 60 here, I'd say, and it is a beautiful fall day! I've been doing stuff around the house today like laundry, scrubbing out the fridge, etc. I won't lie...I've taken a few couch breaks too Though I've gotten a few things done, I still don't feel very productive!
I'm so tired and all I want to do is veg out on the couch and watch movies. I haven't worked out in about 3 days and I probably won't today, either. I just don't FEEL like it. *SIGH*
I'll join the Sunday lazies! My day started out early with a brunch date with some friends, followed up with visits to my MIL and then my parents. My DH dropped me off at home and then he went to the office...I have been on the couch since..... I just woke up from a nap
I kept the momentum going...scrubbed out the front porch and a bit of siding. Seems we have a little mold issue going on But the porch is white again and the siding came clean (which means more work to be done - yipee!). Folded some laundry and now need to convince myself to work out. I'm having one of those days where I feel sore enough to take off but don't want to, so I need to figure out what to do.
Sundays are typically my rest days from working out, so that just makes me feel lazy! We went to church and this afternoon I put my kiddos to work cleaning out toys and rooms. What a project!! But now they're happily playing with *forgotten* toys and I have a few bags for Goodwill! So now I can be lazy guilt-free.
just got out of the shower and its doing a little better. think i pulled something during cardio sweatfest yesterday. going to do some yoga stretching later. that usually helps as well. i have a 4 day weekend so i have until tuesday to heal up for work. good thing did most of the big chores and errands on friday LOL.
I finally gave in and lay down on the loveseat and crashed myself. Then the kids came downstairs again a half hour later and it was too noisy to sleep.
I finally did get a workout in (MIC hi-lo, plus RS challenge), and I tackled most of the dishes in the sink...there were so many they didn't all fit in the dishwasher! Started a load of laundry and straightened up the house a bit. So at least something got done today.
