What works (for me) for eliminating "jiggle"

Just passing along, for what it's worth, what has worked for me on lessening leg jiggle and arm jiggle. I try everything, and have for years, so even tho' many may dismiss my findings, I may save others from the trial & error I've gone through. So, what works best for arm jiggle? Push-ups using Perfect Pushups handles. Regular pushups work to a certain point, but I've noticed a BIG difference using the handles. For leg jiggle what works best is spinning. Spinning is good for leg shape, too. "Just a suggestion, take it or leave it," as our leader, Cathe, has said.

As I was reading your post I was thinking to myself "the perfect pushups helped with leg jiggle"? Then I got to the later part of your post and it made sense :)

I don't experience wrist pain, so I can't help you there. I just know that using handles, dumbbells, etc., is supposed to help. One good feature about the handles is that they rotate. Maybe you could find a pair to borrow, or go to a sports store that would let you try a display pair.

I have the Power Stands (Tony Horton's Pushup stands that they use in the X+ DVD's) for pushups and I LOVE them!! You feel them even more than *regular* pushups (better range of motion) and yes they are great for wrist pain! My wrists would get a little *tweaked* doing a lot of pushups and these are awesome- very sturdy! I have a friend that has the perfect pushup stands and loves them!
 
What works for me is keeping my arms perfectly still.

I once complained to Aquajock that when I stood with my legs together "my inner thigh fat squeezes together." Her solution? "Stand with your feet further apart." This is why I will always love A-Jock.

I appreciate this post, because I cannot do pushups to save my life and I'd love to be able to! (Especially with STS coming out, yikes.) My DH has the power pushups, but for some reason I've not thought to confiscate them during my workout......BUT, I will now. My legs aren't my problem, it's my abs and arms - which I think on the toes pushups would help eliminate quite nicely!!

I saw her on youtube working out with her trainer, and she does a lot of pushups which she, too, attributes to getting rid of her arm jiggle.
