Just passing along, for what it's worth, what has worked for me on lessening leg jiggle and arm jiggle. I try everything, and have for years, so even tho' many may dismiss my findings, I may save others from the trial & error I've gone through. So, what works best for arm jiggle? Push-ups using Perfect Pushups handles. Regular pushups work to a certain point, but I've noticed a BIG difference using the handles. For leg jiggle what works best is spinning. Spinning is good for leg shape, too. "Just a suggestion, take it or leave it," as our leader, Cathe, has said.
