I am finished with my BFL UB! I worked my UB really hard.:p I need to get a good stretch, my UB is shaking. BBL!

Belinda, you're shaking - wow, that was some workout. Okay, make me envious, how much were you lifting?

I did get in B&G this morning, and my but is already feeling it Too bad I have an hour drive this morning. Sitting in a car driving standard will probaby make it worse, oh I mean better!

Cookie-I bet after that drive your but will be screaming at you when you lift your leg up to get out of the car:confused:! the doms that i dont like is the hard-to-sit-on-the-potty kind.LOL Great job on B&Gs!

For me today is LIC,I think!:confused: I haven't sold it yet so why not do it?lol!

You guys remember that interview i had last week? Remember i was sick and couldn't go? WELL...the lady called me yesterday and she wants to interview me next tuesday:eek::eek: its for there other office that the doctor has! I told her i could only work on saturdays right now and she STILL wants to interview me...made me feel kinda special:cool:

Cookie, WTG on B&G this morning! Yap, I went up in weight and changed my routine!

Amelia, how come today I only earned only 172 extra calories from my exercise today ! My calories for today is only 1,492 :eek: WTH! I can't survive on that?:confused::confused:Not after my heavy weight workout! Something is wrong? Yesterday I had over 2000 calories:eek: I don't get it!

mmmmmm....what did your put as your 'daily activity level'? Mine is ...Lightly active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. nurse, salesman)that may be the problem....

Also: what is your goal...to lose 1lb a week...lose 1&1/2 lbs a week? If you put 1&1/2lbs a week your calories will be alot lower...i couldn't do it that low...

If you not sure or don't remember go to your My Home page, click on goals at the top of the page...then click on change goals , then check the guided(unless you want to do custom)and continue, then you will come to the udate your profile page! Make sure everything is right there! I played around with it until i found the perfect profile that i could live with....and BTW...the 1lb a week is just a guide...im losing more than that!

The strength training workouts don't really burn that much calories,thats why i like to do an cardio along with it....like a thirty minute cardio and a thirty minute weight training...so i get more calories! And a circuit(like today) i will burn close to 600 calories!

Oh and girls...i added a new album...before and after on my pics here! the after is still in constuction(lol) i just don't have alot of pics of me...specially full body pics...im working on it!

Belinda- How is your UB for cooking dinner? I need to know this......:p
Was this one of those UB workouts where you can't even lift your arms to wash your hair in the shower? I had that w/ GS...we'll see what happens today!

Punka- Have fun w/ LIC today! I love that w/o!

Cookie- Awesome job on B&G! I'm usually burnt after the first excersise, those dang walking lunges...lol

Thanks Amelia!:D I did changed it, but I still don't get enough calories today! I am only getting 1622 calories! I'll better eat a light dinner:( I didn't realized that my veggie bites are high in calories? Can't wait to see your pic.! Off to cleaning one window!

Iris, you are so funny:eek: Since I ate all my calories for lunch, I will have tuna with wheat tortill , plus veggies:mad: Lots of them:p I have to wait until tomorrow and see if I still can lift my arms! LOL! I had a good UB workout today! I changed my excerises up! I think I will do the GS's next week! Enjoy your Slow & Heavy Chest/Back! Let me know how your Chest and back are feeling tomorrow! Great workout choice!
 
Good Morning Gals:D

I am sooo much more rested then I was yesterday:) Not a single bark when I got into bed:) Gotta love it!:) I also had a easy night at work, no late flights.

I was thinking about taking a rest day today but I think I am going to do my speed run on the TM and a UB workout. My run isn't very long, just 6Km I think, not quite 4 miles. I can handle that.

Belinda** Good job with the workout! You are going to be so sore tomorrow!

Ameila** Yeah, on the job interview! We will keep our fingers crossed for you. Im also going to take a look at your pics, I love lokking at before and afters!

Iris** Hmm...maybe I should do S&H today:confused: I haven't done that one in a while. Nice workout!

I will be back later. We have dancing class tonight:eek: and I am going to call to see if I can get my hair done sometime in the next couple of weeks!

Hope you're all having a great morning! This morning I did LM and walked 2mi to work. The temp is just right (mid 60's) so it felt really great!

Belinda - Great job on the UB shakes! Girl, what are you going to do about your calories for the day? You're gonna be starving!!

Hey Cookie - woohoo! we're doing the same rotation! I've had to move wo's around a bit, but I'm trying to follow it pretty closely. Today I was supposed to do L&G, but my dvd is acting up so I ended up doing LM which was for tomorrow. I brought my dvd in to see if my co-worker can create a copy for me. Fingers crossed, but he seems to be having issues with it so far :( Anyway, hope your hiney doesn't scream @ you after that long drive:p

Amelia - Hope LIC is fun for you today! Thanks for sharing your pics! You can see that your hard work has really paid off:cool:

Iris - Have fun with S&H Chest/Back. That's another DVD that is on my list to buy. I hope I get it soon. I know it will be a good one!


Lori - YAY!! You're feeling rested :) Enjoy your wo..they always seem so challenging to me...even the 'easy' ones!! Dancing class sounds like so much fun! I don't think I could ever get my DH to go

Hi Girls,

Back to report. My run was only 5kms, not 6 so that was a nice change. It was pretty tough though. I warmed up for the first 4 mins @ 5.8 MPH, then 6.0 MPH, then I went anywhere from 8.2-8.6 for one min and then anywhere from 9.2-9.6 for 30 sec, then back down to 6.4 for one min.I also did MIS shoul,bic,tris and abs:) Thats it! Time to get a shower and then run to the store to pick up some stuff for supper.

Trish** DH kind of looked at me with his nose screwed up when I asked him if he wanted to go. Then I just ignored him and said "yes" to my friend on the phone who called. I don't think he was overly thrilled about it but he is looking forward to it now b/c all of our friends are going and he knows we will have fun. Good job with the workout today. I don't think I would be able to walk to work if it were warm and I was sweating:eek: Then you would have to spend all day in damp clothes:confused:

Belinda, what the heck are you lifting that your arms are so sore! I'm jealous and want to feel that way... Good for you. Hope you can manage to cook.

Iris, are you also shaking? S&H is one I don't have. How is it different from MM, ME, GS, and Pyramids? Have you ordered STS?

Lori, dancing will be fun! Right?! Hope it was anyway. Going with a group of your friends I think would make it so. Except mine would all be laughing at me, 'cause I am not graceful at all. Flunked out of ballet as a kid - and I was sent there to gain some grace! Yep, and tap didn't work either. Let's just say, I was no young Shirley Temple. Oh you guys probably don't even know who that is! Well, that shows my age...

Amelia, I looked at your photos. Thanks for sharing them with us. Your children are adorable, and the dogs are good looking too. It must be hard to get aggravated with the little one when he is so cute.

Trish, we're doing the same rotation?!! I'm so glad you told me. Now I can think of you as we're doing it. I think tomorrow is BM2, isn't it. If so, I'm going to do it on the Bosu, that half-dome thing. Helps with my balance, since you know I'm not graceful, and so works my core a bit more than the step. How nice you can walk to work. By the time I got to mine today, my right glute was cramping. And I did look funny getting out of the car and for the first few steps.

Went to the chiro again today, and he told me no kickboxing for a while. I did it the other day for the first time in two months. Oh right I did do it about ten days ago too. Guess my piriformis and bursitis just doesn't like it. KPC is my absolute favorite workout. Then this weekend was the endurance relay race I had to drop out of, but my friends are still in. It makes me feel old. Since we couldn't cancel the hotel room, we're going to go and hopefully see the team come in. Now I'm really wishing I didn't have to drop out.
