Cookie, WTG on B&G this morning! Yap, I went up in weight and changed my routine!
Amelia, how come today I only earned only 172 extra calories from my exercise today ! My calories for today is only 1,492WTH! I can't survive on that?
Not after my heavy weight workout! Something is wrong? Yesterday I had over 2000 calories

mmmmmm....what did your put as your 'daily activity level'? Mine is ...Lightly active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. nurse, salesman)that may be the problem....
Also: what is your goal...to lose 1lb a week...lose 1&1/2 lbs a week? If you put 1&1/2lbs a week your calories will be alot lower...i couldn't do it that low...
If you not sure or don't remember go to your My Home page, click on goals at the top of the page...then click on change goals , then check the guided(unless you want to do custom)and continue, then you will come to the udate your profile page! Make sure everything is right there! I played around with it until i found the perfect profile that i could live with....and BTW...the 1lb a week is just a guide...im losing more than that!
The strength training workouts don't really burn that much calories,thats why i like to do an cardio along with it....like a thirty minute cardio and a thirty minute weight training...so i get more calories! And a circuit(like today) i will burn close to 600 calories!
Oh and girls...i added a new album...before and after on my pics here! the after is still in constuction(lol) i just don't have alot of pics of me...specially full body pics...im working on it!
