Butt and Gut

Hi,

I just started a job where I pretty much sit on my butt all day in front of the computer. It's a pretty stressful job but I still manage to workout every evening. However, lately one hour of working out a day just isn't cutting it...I feel like I am gaining wait by the second!:mad: Anyone else experience this?!
 
Yes, but in my case it is called "getting old". When I feel like i'm not getting results that I want, I try to shake things up. I'll do some heavy upper body and then intervals on the treadmill or just do anything I can do to tell my body things will be changing. Try changing your routine or try to reduce the processed foods in your diet (if that is even an issue.) Or try one ofCathe's rotations that focus on your biggest problem area.
