Summer is drawing to a close and I’m sure many of you are busy with back-to-school activities and schedules, end-of-summer festivities and events, and even some fall season prep! No matter what is on our to-do lists, we also need to continue making our physical and mental health a priority. This month (September 2024 Workout Rotation) we’ll hit everything from weights to cardio, to focused recovery, to make sure that we are in tip-top shape for whatever life throws at us!
