Cathe’s November 2020 Workout Rotation

Hi Everyone, this month ( November 2020 Workout Rotation ) we’ll focus on getting that internal fire burning with mixed cardio and total bodyweight training! There are two days during the month where I’ve doubled up both an upper and a lower body routine on the same day. If this is too much for you feel free to omit one of the routines or replace both with a weight workout of your choice!  As always, take extra rest days if needed! Listen to your body, stay hydrated, and work on crushing your goals!

    Can you please put the series next to the workout—it is hard to know OR FIND which series each WORKOUT IS UNDER….There is no rotation icon for us to access—therefore am wasting endless time searching for the workouts!!!!!

    Thank Cathe!! I have a question for the days that include boxing or kickboxing if I want to substitute this with another workout from Cathe Live what Video Category would be the best option to choose from that provide the benefits of that workout . Thanks

    When you do two separate workouts, upper and lower it sure would be nice to have it all together, rather than go through the cool down and stretch and then star up another workout.
