Need more lower impact cardio, to make this challenge doable
I agree. Some of the high intensity workouts are just too intense for someone like me who’s over 60. I know 60 is no reason to necessarily slow down. But the joints and lower back take a hit a lot easier than when I was younger. I often modify but it would be great if there were newer workouts that either included modifications or were just a little less intense.
It does help when someone is doing modifications and we can see what they are doing while the others are doing the higher impact.
