Cathe’s January 2021 Kickstart Workout Rotation 

What better way to make sure we kick the year off right than with my new intense January 2021 Kickstart Workout Rotation ! Whether you’re setting fresh goals or continuing where you left off last year, this rotation is sure to burn off some extra Christmas cookies! This rotation mixes my newest series, Perfect 30, with the Ripped with HiiT series for an intense, super sweaty month of challenging workouts! Each week will include one day of yoga and one day of mobility to offset five days of intense routines! If you need any extra rest or stretch days please take them! Let’s get in and get to it!

  • I agree. Some of the high intensity workouts are just too intense for someone like me who’s over 60. I know 60 is no reason to necessarily slow down. But the joints and lower back take a hit a lot easier than when I was younger. I often modify but it would be great if there were newer workouts that either included modifications or were just a little less intense.

    I like it. It’s nice to have some workouts repeated to really maximize their effectiveness. I like it that Cathe’s workouts are made for a wide age range of people. I’m in my 30’s and find them to be a perfect challenge. Personally I love the high intensity and high impact. However, I also love the low impact workouts. My favorite series is the Low Impact series from several years ago. It’s amazing!!! I would love the next series to be a very challenging Barre series utilizing low weights and high reps. Cathe is so talented at coming up with these programs. There’s no better personal trainer out there. Thanks Cathe!!! Can’t wait to see your next program :).

    Give Cathe Live a try. I’m 61 – mid to high intermediate. There are some awesome low impact workouts. The intensity is a bit lower and really easy to modify.

    I like the challenge of the high intensity and I’m 63…..
  • It does help when someone is doing modifications and we can see what they are doing while the others are doing the higher impact.

    !st time doing the rotations and I have a questions about an upcoming workout – Week 3 – Friday says “F: Perfect HiiT High Impact plus pyramid bonus”, where can I find the pyramid bonus on dvd? which series?

    Have you been watching Gamestop stock? Did you guys think it would increase like it has? Have you ever profited off a short squeeze like that before? You just never know what will happen in the stock market.

    Where is the February rotation? When I click on it the only thing that comes up is the January one.
