Happy September, Everyone! This month (September 2025 Workout Rotation), we’ll shake things up with a mix of cardio and weight training from both older and newer series. Each week will include one OFF day, which can be used for a recovery workout of your choice, or as a day of complete rest. Listen to your body and decide what it needs when you get there. If you don’t do step choreography, feel free to swap out the step routines for cardio of choice. Work hard, sweat hard, and have fun!
