Cathe October 2022 Workout Rotation

 

Hi Everyone!  This month ( October 2022 Workout Rotation) we’ll put a little extra focus on the lower body by hitting the legs and glutes hard twice each week. One of the two lower body workouts will be heavy weight driven and the other will be more plyometric in nature while still also focusing on moderate to heavy weights. We won’t forget about the upper body either as it too will get its designated days.  I’ve also included a couple intense cardios including one IMAX routine each week. If you’re not a “stepper” feel free to replace this workout with any cardio of your choice. Have fun everyone!
