Wow! November sure did sneak up on us quickly, and we can’t let is get by us without some solid sweaty workouts! This month (November 2024 Workout Rotation) we’ll focus on a mix of muscular strength and cardio conditioning to keep us in tip top shape! Please feel free to add additional recovery workouts as often as needed throughout the month. As always try to sleep well, stay hydrated, and eat healthy (give away that extra Halloween candy 😜)!
