WORKOUT MANAGER NOT WORKING

Cre'

Cathlete
I alone with have not been able to login to Workout Manager. I have not been able to log in for a couple of days.

Are they working on getting this back up?

Thanks,

I, too, have not been able to log in. When I start to enter my login and password, it tells me that the site is not secure and that if I continue my information could be compromised (Firefox). I have tried to log in through Firefox and through Chrome and have cleared my browser history.
I hope this gets fixed soon. :)

The problem you're seeing with the Workout Manager is caused by an update we've done to our site to make all of our pages on Cathe.com secure. This is something Google wants all sites to do and will soon punish those who don't. This has caused some problems with the code in the Workout Manager and we're currently working to resolve this. Clearing your browsers cache and then logging in to the forums and then clicking the "Workout Manager" link at the top of the Forum page will help solve some, but not all of the problems everyone is experiencing. This may take several days or longer to fix as the Workout Manager is a complex older piece of software.

Thanks....it's works!

I'm still not able to log into Workout Manager, even via the Forum, which I can obviously log into.

You have to make sure you first clear your browsers cache and that you then go to http://cathe.com/workout/ not https://cathe.com/workout/
If you see https in your browser window for the workout Manager just delete the "s" in "https" and it should work for you.[/QUOTE

I have cleared my cache and history, I think I it did it correctly, and I am still unable to access the Workout Manager. When I delete the "s" in https, it takes me to the secure site. Not sure what to do next.

Thanks, Carolyn

You will now have to do the exact opposite of what we told you the other day. We have now fixed the issue and have made nearly every page on our site secure using https. This means you should now use https url's for the Workout Manager and for our forums. We still have a few pages and apps that need to be converted, but nearly all of our site is now using the much safer "https" protocol. If this is gibberish to you and you're having problems accessing the forums or the Workout Manger you just need to clear your browsers cache and go click on the links in cathe.com top nav menus to get to where you want to go on our site.

Since this is still dealing with the issue of the Workout Manager, I didn't want to start a new topic. Everything is working now, however, when I o in to "copy/drag" a workout to another date the box opens however only showing "confirm", it is not showing a drop down box o select the date.
