We have all been drawn together here by Cathe and our passion for taking care of ourselves. Friends we make along the way are wonderful. We all have very different personalities and very different life styles. The important thing is that we are sharing what we know and all trying to reach our ultimate personal goals. It makes me sad to see things taken the wrong way sometimes or maybe the right way?? Lets focus on positive!!! I know that you have all made such a positive change in my life!!!

I loved your post. I am totally new and I have not been participating in posting other that taking in information from all of you. Some of you feel like family to me and I LOL alot. I have had a lot go on in my life, and this is a good place for me.

If we don't we may end up on a reality show called When Fitness Buffs Attack and I wouldn't want that. :) There's a fine line between being focused on fitness and becoming a zealot and I don't want to cross it if I haven't already. I feel badly if I have hurt anyone by with my big opinionated mouth so I join you and and apologize for negativity on my part. I'm guilty of misinterpretation and taking myself too seriously. Again!
