"Smells like CTX" rotation using new workouts

While viewing the clips of the new workouts and reading the descriptions on the website I thougth they'd lend themselves very well to a CTX-like rotation. So here it is! I don't have my DVDs yet, but can't wait to get them and try them out using this rotation. If anyone tries it, let me know how you like it!

“Smells like CTX” rotation (Nov ’06)

Day 1
BodyMax2 WU and Power Circuits
BM2 Back, do each set twice
BM2 Abs & Stretch

Day 2
Freestyle: 30-40 minutes kickbox, running or cardio of choice
BM2 Bicep 2x
BM2 Stretch

Day 3
Low Impact Circuit Cardio Blast Timesaver premix (no stretch
LIC Chest (pushups) & BM2 Chest
LIC Abs & Stretch

Day 4
Butts & Guts Standing Glutes & Abs Timesaver premix
B&G Stretch

Day 5
BM2 WU & Step Combos (inc. Bonus combo)
BM2 Shoulders 2x
BM2 Stretch

Day 6
Drill Max Timesaver Cardio Blast premix
DM Tricep dips & seesaw pushups, repeat 2-3 times
B&G Stability Ball Core & Stretch

Day 7
Rest

I like to take two rest days per week, so this ends up being an 8-day rotation for me.

Sounds like a really good idea! Thanks for sharing. Mine should be here Oct. 31 and I will keep this rotation in mind for future reference!

I like it very much. Will probably do first section of KP&C on day 2, but I like the idea of having an open day to do what you want. So many times on rotations, you need a change to break things up.

I'm printing this one out. I love CTX so this will be great with the new workouts. I love mixing and matching!
