I got a 36" Go Fit Foam Roller for Christmas and of course it came with it's instructional DVD, but I was wondering if there were any good Rolling DVD'd out there that do a complete follow along stretching routine.
I'll be honest stretching is the most ignored componet of my fitness. I am trying to correct that, and know that I will be more successful following along with a DVD, as opposed to trying to go it alone.
Collage has 6 videos for the foam roller. I have the foam roller workout with Lawrence Biscontini. It's pretty decent. It is 68 minutes long. Kinda pricey. The first 15-20 minutes is specificly for MFR, but the entire DVD uses the roller incorporating pilates movements. The other workouts only use the roller for a portion of thier workouts I believe.
Lawrence reminds me of 'Jack' on Will and Grace or Mr Rogers. Some may find that irritating.
