Converted Weight Worksheets to Word Format

Cathlete
Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that I converted the Cathe weight worksheets to a Word document (each workout is in a table form) for people who don't have Excel or just might prefer the Word format.

You can download it on my blog (link below). Look on the right side under Fitness Tools Available for Download--it's the 5th one down.

>How do I use these?

I use them by writing in the weights I use every time I use a particular workout. You can write the date at the top (to the right of where it says "Cathe's Benchmark" and then below that write in what weights you used for each section. Then next time you'll know what you did before and decide if you want to go heavier or not. Sometimes I'll also put a little extra note, like "2x25 ouch!" Then I'll know that 25 was a little too heavy for me and maybe go lighter next time.

It's neat to do this for a while and then look back and see how you're able to lift heavier over time.

You can either print them out and write it in by hand or put it in the table on the computer. Personally I use the Excel spreadsheet format but did these in Word for those who don't use Excel.
