HOLY COW!!!! I love it, love it, love it!!!! I personally do some weird s*&!# on the treadmill that would surely get me kicked out of any gym. But nothing that looks this cool and graceful! I go backwards, sideways, skip, hop, forward bound....all of it but no jumps or kicks!!! CALL 911. This cat is a smooth dude!

I wish I was coordinated enough to do his moves on the floor much less a treadmill LOL. This looks cool and fun.

It looks like the treadmill is at a pretty slow speed which might make it doable. Then again you have to know how to dance.....which I dont! Haha

This guy ended up on the Ellen Degeneres show! Maybe somebody can post the link.....? I'm tech challenged, sorry. I've actually tried a few of his moves. Not as easy as it looks! I won't give up!
