Adding Cardio

Hi!
I just ordered 2 of the cardio workouts (MMA Fusion and Shock Cardio HiiT) and have a question: I currently teach Pilates 4 days a week (6 classes in all) and do yoga 2X a week. (I also walk and ride my bike.) How often should I do the cardio, ideally?

Hi Alyssa,

Not Cathe, but the frequency/duration/intensity of your cardio will depend on your fitness goals. Are you striving for weight loss, just wanting to maintain a decent level of cardio fitness/endurance, or are you wanting to push yourself to the next level with a challenging cardio rotation?
